According to the recent survey released by Pulse Asia, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) ranked as the third most corrupt government agency in the country. DPWH secretary Rogelio Singson speaks out and answers the allegations hurled against him and his agency in “The Bottomline with Boy Abunda” this Saturday.
Singson is aware that corruption is very much rampant in the department he is leading and so he is very eager to find a resolution to this serious problem. He has already made an action to lessen and solve the ‘fishy’ relationship that’s happening between his agency and the contractors.
