Actress KC Concepcion is celebrating her 26th birthday today and a number of people are asking where is her boyfriend, actor Piolo Pascual amid her celebrations.In an interview with “Showbiz News Ngayon” during her birthday press conference, Concepcion said Pascual is currently out of the country and is busy with his work commitments.
“He’s in the States and sabi ko nga, siyempre hindi ko itatago na... ang tagal na kitang hindi nakikita, birthday ko na hindi pa rin kita nakikita. But it’s okay, I understand if he doesn’t want people to think na showbiz siya,” she said.
Asked if she feels bad that Pascual is not around for her birthday, she said: “No because again I understand. As much as kaya ko, hangga’t kaya ko siyang intindihin, kaya kong intindihin ang actions at decisions niya, I’ll do it.”
Concepcion is hopeful that despite their busy schedules, they will find the time to catch up with each other.
She also plans to fly to New York soon and meet up with Pascual there.
Meanwhile, Concepcion shared how she’s planning to celebrate her birthday.
“I’ll have a lunch with my close friends and family tapos isang magandang house party, swimming at jamming, music sa favorite house ko,” she said.
With all the blessings that she has been receiving, according to Concepcion, she has every reason to welcome her birthday with gladness and full of gratitude.
