After signing a two-year three-picture deal with Star Cinema, Toni Gonzaga cleared up rumors that Happy Yipee Yehey! co-host John Estrada was leaving the leaving show because of differences with the show’s staff. “Hindi totoo. Walang katotohanan yung mga ganyan kasi ngayon ko lang narinig yan. Actually, si Kuya John is one of the leaders na tumatayo sa grupo namin. He’s one of the pillars of Happy Yipee Yehey! so it’s impossible na may mga ganung pangyayari. Although expected na rin namin na siguro gagawan tayo ng isyu kasi nagsisimula tayo eh. Or may mga masasabi sa atin ang tao. Pero other than that, walang ganun,” she said last March 29 during her contract signing at the Star Cinema office.The 27-year-old host also said she and the rest of the hosts of the noontime variety show still share the same vision when it comes to their work on Happy Yipee Yehey! “Masaya kaming lahat. Nagtratrabaho lang kami. Iisa ang adhikain naming lahat araw-araw, na makapagpasaya at makapagbigay ng alternative na programa sa mga Kapamilya natin and we are sticking to that,” she added.
