SkyCable answers TV5′s complaint regarding the non-inclusion of Aksyon TV in its channel line-up.Earlier today, TV5 filed a letter of complaint with the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) concerning SkyCable’s “continued refusal to include UHF Channel 41 (Aksyon TV) in its channel line-up.”
In a message sent by ABS-CBN Corporate Communications head Bong Osorio, here is SkyCable’s official statement regarding the complaint:
SkyCable’s capacity at the moment is full, hence we are not able to comply with the Aksyon TV accomodation. SkyCable is studying how to increase its channel capacity which may take some time due to dependencies on the technical end. SkyCable is looking at workable solutions to address the concerns of Aksyon TV.
