The third Annual Shorty Awards announces the winners in NYC!The Shorty Awards, hailed as the Oscars of Twitter by The New York Times, announced the winners in 36 categories last March 28 in New York City.
Of the winners, PBB Teen Clash of 2010's Ann Li took home the award for Fashion, emerging as the winner with the most votes out of 1,861 nominees, which include Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, and even Glee guest star Charice.
