ABS-CBN launched its newest noontime show “Happy Yipee Yehey” on Saturday, February 12.

The show’s 4 main hosts, Mariel Rodriguez, Toni Gonzaga, Randy Santiago and John Estrada, wowed the crowed who trooped to the Yñares Sports Arena in Pasig City as they opened the show by rendering their individual production numbers.

After their opening salvo, the hosts expressed their gratitude to all the viewers who welcomed them in their houses that noontime.

The main hosts then revealed the show's new exciting games, big-time prizes and more special production numbers.

Other hosts Matteo Guidicelli, Bentong, Bianca Manalo, Sam Milby, Melai Cantiveros and Jobert then joined them live at the Yñares Sports Arena, while John Prats greeted them from SM North EDSA.

A number of stars performed during the show’s grand debut, among them Melissa Ricks, Empress Shuck, Bangs Garcia, Maja Salvador, Ejay Falcon, Jason Abalos, and Enchong Dee.

The Starpower finalists, the Star Circle Quest kids finalists, and young stars Xyriel Manabat, Zaijan Jaranilla, Bugoy and Mutya also performed during the program.

In the latter part of the show, Rodriguez, Gonzaga and their other best friend Bianca Gonzalez moved everyone to tears as they sang “Lean on Me.”

“Ito po ang first time na magkakasama kami nina Mariel and Bianca in almost like 7 months in one stage kasi ang tagal naming hindi nagkita-kita,” said Gonzaga.

Rodriguez also did a duet with her husband Robin Padilla while Estrada gracefully danced with his fiancee Priscilla Mereilles.

Before the show ended, Estrada and Padilla handed their partners a bouquet of flowers each.

In behalf of all the hosts, Estrada then thanked all the people who made the new show a reality.

“Gusto naming magpasalamat sa mga management natin, sa mga ABS-CBN bosses natin. Boss Gabby, maraming salamat sa tiwala po. Tita Charo, Tita Cory, Tita Linggit, direk Bobot Mortiz, direk Willy Cuevas, Mr. M, maraming salamat,” he said.

They also thanked veteran dancer and choreographer Joy Cancio who is now officially with ABS-CBN through "Happy Yipee Yehey."

The show took over the noontime slot previously held by "Showtime" temporarily after “Pilipinas Win na Win” went off the air on December 31, 2010. "Showtime" went back to its original 10:30 a.m. slot.

The new show is managed by director Johnny Manahan, remote director Arnel Natividad, production director Morly Nueva, executive producer Marvi Gelito, and creative managers Bobot Mortiz and Willy Cuevas
