At age 23, Pop Star Princess Sarah Geronimo continues to set aside her love life.She did not include it in her birthday wish list, just like last year, saying that now is not the right time for her to fall in love.
"Hindi pa talaga tamang panahon para ma-in love ako, kasi once na ma-in love ako eh nag-iiba talaga. Puro lang love, love, love lang na 'yun. Siguro kapag right time na," Geronimo, who celebrated her birthday on Monday, July 25, said in an interview on ABS-CBN's "Showbiz News Ngayon."
Geronimo was once romantically linked to actor-dancer Rayver Cruz, who is currently dating sexy actress Cristine Reyes.
Aside from continued success in her career, she wants one other thing for her birthday: an antique turntable.
"'Yung gusto ko na turntable, gustong gusto ko lang 'yung antique na ganoon, gustong gusto ko nakikita yung plaka na umiikot at kapag nilalagay yung pin, needle," she said.
"Sana magpatuloy pa kung anuman ang mayroon ako na success at 'yung magandang relationship ko with my family at sa Panginoon mag-strengthen pa 'yung aking faith at mag-grow pa as a person."
Currently, Geronimo is one of the performers of ABS-CBN Sunday noontime show "ASAP Rocks." She is set to do a project with drama actor Gerald Anderson, his leading man in her last film, "Catch Me, I'm In Love."
"Sobrang excited at siyempre nandoon ang pressure kasi mas mataas ang expectation ng mga tao ngayon. So I'm praying na mas magiging maganda itong proyekto namin ni Gerald," she said.
