The pilot episode of ABS-CBN's newest series "Guns and Roses" drew impressive high TV ratings and rave reviews from viewers last Monday."Guns and Roses," the first project together of action star Robin Padilla and actress Bea Alonzo, garnered a 29.9% audience share, according to the May 7 data released by Kantar Media-TNS.
The action-romance series also toppled GMA 7’s "Amaya," which grabbed a 17.4% audience share.
"Guns and Roses" tells the story of Abel, a vigilante seeking justice for his family's death. He meets Reign (Alonzo), a woman who almost closes her heart to love when her fiance died on their wedding day.
Directed by Trina Dayrit and Rechie del Carmen, the TV series also stars Pen Medina, Ketchup Eusebio, Isabel Rivas, Justin Cuyugan, Maliksi Morales, Ina Feleo, Ejay Falcon, Empress Schuck and Diether Ocampo.
