Sam Concepcion, another “Gigger Boys” member, figured a car accident on the night of May 2 while he was on his way to Manila from an event in Baguio.Talking to “Showbiz News Ngayon,” Concepcion recounted how the horrible accident happened.
“On our way home, nabangga ho kami sa may Pangasinan area. Iyung van na sinasakyan namin, nabundol po kami ng jeepney from behind. Malakas rin siya pero thankfully wala po sa aming nasaktan,” he said.
Concepcion revealed that he got nervous because he was asleep when the mishap occurred.
“Medyo nag-freak out din po ako noong nangyari kasi I was asleep. Nandoon ako sa may harapan. Medyo nagulat po talaga ako kasi siyempre sa mga nangyari previously, kinabahan din po ako dito,” he said.
After encountering the vehicular accident, Concepcion gave out an advice to people who are driving.
“Ingat lang po, ingat lang po talaga sa pagbibiyahe. Makakarating din po tayo kung san tayo makakarating so, wag tayong magmadali. So don’t drink and drive, don’t text while driving and be a responsible driver. Sana mas maging defensive drivers tayong mga Pilipino,” he said.
Concepcion was in Baguio for the Department of Education’s (DepEd) "Yes Camp." He is DepEd’s Ambassador for Education.
