The pilot episode of "Gandang Gabi, Vice!," the comedy musical show of ABS-CBN hosted by comedian-host Vice Ganda, drew an impressive high TV rating on Sunday.According to Kantar Media-TNS, "Gandang Gabi, Vice!" led the national household TV ratings with 21.9% against GMA-7's "Show Me Da Manny (7.5%)."
"Maraming maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat, mga Kapamilya, sa buong mundo na tumutok at sumuporta sa akin. Hindi niyo lang alam kung gaano ako kasaya ngayon. Maraming salamat sa inyo," Vice Ganda told "Showbiz News Ngayon".
"Gandang Gabi, Vice!,” the first solo TV project of Vice Ganda, features interviews with show biz personalities.
For the show's pilot episode, Vice Ganda interviewed rising star Angeline Quinto, and Primetime Princesses Bea Alonzo and Kim Chiu.
The comedian vowed to make the viewers happy as they watch the next episodes of his show.
"'Yung next episode mas maganda na kasi 'yung pilot alam na namin mula doon kung ano ang iku-cure namin," the host ended.
